Following a rebrand Patisserie Valerie appointed Prosper to create a new store design that would elevate the brands position within the marketplace and also in the heart of customers.
Our design for the new concept Patisserie Valerie makes the patisseries the hero, placing them front and centre on arrival and ensuring they are a key customer touchpoint.
The design needed to allow for both ‘Grab & Go’ and dine in customers. Our response allowed for easy access to the counter from the entry point. The seating areas are zoned to allow for takeaway riders and fast paced visitors to one side of the counter, and a slower paced, dine-in offer to the other.
The materials palette took direct inspiration from the new Patisserie Valerie branding, softened with the use of textures and timber.
The Patisserie Valerie developed design evolved from the initial concept to really focus in on the brands heritage.
The finished scheme delivers a re-imagined, timeless décor for the ultimate cafe dining experience, reflecting their new strong brand identity and values.
This represents a huge departure into a brave, new design language for Patisserie Valerie.
