Following the retail design concept study, Prosper continue to work with the client development team on this prestigious and unique creation of a new Town Centre at the site of the old Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre. Significant collaboration with multiple client-side consultants, masterplan Architects, Conservation groups and planning professionals has been required.

‘Visiting Carlo Scarpa’s Olivetti Showroom in Venice was a really memorable experience for me. We found it in Piazza San Marco and it showcases Scarpa’s unique design approach. The blend of materials like polished stone, warm wood, and metal accents creates a really inviting atmosphere. The floating staircase is a standout feature, guiding visitors to explore further. The interplay of materials and natural light crafts a serene yet striking environment, which left me with a lasting impression of its timeless mid-century elegance.’
