A prestigious project within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the groundbreaking KAPT Network accommodates for a diverse range of Retail opportunities. As a result of the work undertaken for TfL previously, Prosper were engaged via project partner RISE to undertake the development of a suite of complex design guides.
Integral to a process of retail design delivery management, these documents are to be utilised to effectively steer prospective and incoming retail tenants across the development to meet the Network benchmark design and technical standards. With extensive Retail Design Development expertise, Prosper developed the process-led content to provide detailed guidance around signage, shopfront, VM and other key expectations, setting a high standard of exemplary design and fit-out quality.
5no guides were published to cover four key anchor stations along with a generalised guide to encompass all others including bus and park and ride stations. A bespoke graphic language and document design was also developed and implemented to ensure a document suite which was easy to navigate and use. Primarily to be distributed as a digital-first edition, the enhanced PDF format utilises full hyperlinked navigation.
