The project
As one of the largest landowners in London, Transport for London has recently begun developing their property portfolio for commercialisation. As part of this strategy they have appointed Prosper as their primary retail consultant.
Within the Retail Design Standard categories are detailed guidelines and inspiration from signage, flooring, pop-ups, hoardings and lighting, relevant to the design and architecture of the overall station.
This tool is being used by retailers to elevate and uphold the quality of TfL’s retail portfolio.
