A concept design had been completed for the experiecnce (by others) and a design team had previously produced a tender pack for the fit out.

Prosper were asked to ‘use the original tender pack’ as a base to create a new coordinated Architectural Tender package that was in compliance with regulations.

We then saw the project through the delivery stage, coordinating the design consultants & site teams, obtaining building regs approval, completing site inspections during and at the end of construction and producing as-built documents post construction.
