Amélie approached Prosper to elevate their restaurant design and create a vision document that could be used to engage Landlords. Amélie have big ambitions of expanding their portfolio throughout the UK.
Amélie approached Prosper to elevate their restaurant design and create a vision document that could be used to engage Landlords. Amélie have big ambitions of expanding their portfolio throughout the UK.
We designed this new concept to position Amélie as a bright, all-day restaurant with subtle nods to the brand’s French heritage.
A key component of the design is the generous outside dining area and framework that softens the inside to outside transition. Internally, the central glasshouse structure creates a flexible dining area that be opened and closed to suit private hire or open restaurant configurations.
To aid Amélie’s ambition of increasing their take-out revenue, we included an external hatch to quickly service passing footfall and delivery driver pick-ups.
Amélie now has a compelling, professionally presented restaurant concept that has not only elevated their offer but also given them the necessary tools to impress prospective landlords. This tool-kit will help them secure further premises throughout the UK.
